Element: Fire
Spell Effect: Channeling fire magic through the blade of the scythe the user launches a mid range. (3m at 10ms) blade of fire hitting a single target and deals C-Rank damage (Major 1st degree burns)
Duration: Instant
Cooldown:  3 posts

Spell Name: Hell Reapers Defense
Rank: C
Magic Cost: 20 mp/10  mp Sustained
Type: Defensive
Element: Fire
Spell Effect: The user hits the ground with the hilt of the scythe channeling fire the whole time causing a wall of fire (5m wide) to appear before the user nullifying up to B-rank attacks (4-D,2-C, and 1-B).
Duration: Sustained
Cooldown: 3

Spell Name: Carterizing Strike
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10 mp/ 5 mp sustained
Type: Offensive
Element: Fire
Spell Effect: The user channels Fire to the blade coating the cutting surface with fire, strikes dealing D-Rank damage (Minor burns, or 1st degree burns) also has the chance to give minor cauterization to the wound.
Duration: Sustained
Cooldown: 2

Spell Name: Reapers Tornado
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10 mp
Type: Offensive
Element: Fire
Spell Effect: The user Channels fire through the blade of his scythe a slice in mid air releasing a small tornado(5m high, 3m diameter) of fire that will cover a distance of 3m travelling at 5ms. Anyone hit by this suffer D-Rank damage.
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 2

Spell Name: Reaping Explosion
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10 mp
Type: Offensive
Element: Fire
Spell Effect: The user channels the fire  to the blade of the scythe, and upon contact with the target the flames will burst in an outward (3m diameter) explosion causing D-Rank damage.
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 2

-It's 1st degree burns, but on the higher end. So major 1st degree burns.

-You worded it strangely, say up to a B rank in strength, or it's equivalent in D's or C's.

-Approved.

-How tall is the tornado? Is it 3 m as well?

-How large is the explosion?
