Spell Name: Rule Number 56: Snake Attack

Spell Effect: Hiroko summons a gian 2 meters wide chain. The chain itself looks like a giant metal snake. The snake will tackle the user's targets with his giant metallic head in order to deal C rank damage. The snake is 20 meters long but it can travel up to 30 before turning into dust. It can travel 10m/s.
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 3 posts

Spell Name: Rule Number 3: Hydra
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10/5 per post
Type: Offensive
Element: Metal
Spell Effect: Hiroko summons three snake like chains. These chains have a snake head but are as thin as normal chains are. These three chains are all coming from Hiroko's back. They each are about 4 meters long and can be used as extremities for Hiroko to attack enemies. They are also granted D rank power to deal D rank damage to enemies (This can only damage each enemy once per post).

Spell Name: Rule Number 67: Explode
Rank: C
Magic Cost: 20
Type: Offensive
Element: Metal
Spell Effect: Hiroko creates a chain in his hand and whips it towards the target. The chain is about 10 meters long and 3 centimeters wide. If the chain gets a target, it will wrap them. A few moments after this, the chain will start to gain a purple aura and explode dealing C rank damage in a 2 meter radius around the target.

Spell Name: Rule Number 15: Iron Fist
Rank: D Rank
Magic Cost: 10
Type: Supplementary
Element: Metal
Spell Effect: One of the most simple spells. Hiroko creates a chain around his hand to cover it and make some sort of metal ball to enhance his next attacks and deal 0.5 extra D rank damage as a buff.
Duration: 2 posts
Cooldown: 2 posts

Spell Name: Rule Number 1: Movement
Rank: D
Magic Cost: 10
Type: Supplementary
Element: Metal
Spell Effect: Inside his prison, Hiroko can create a chain near him in order to grab it and teleport anywhere else in a 15 meter radius.
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 6 posts

Spell Name: Rule Number 3: Hydra: Wrap the chains around your hand or some shit if you wana make it Buff your damage. Because As it's typed it looks like you're having the chains be an extension of your body but the chains themselves aren't connected to your body. In this case it wouldn't be buffing your attacks.

Spell Name: Rule Number 67: Explode: Remove the binding from this, or word it as wrapping around the target before exploding. Binding makes it sound like you're making them unable to move. Also how wide is the chain?
